The useful verdict
It averages 4.7 stars from 147 catalog reviews. The signal is useful, but thinner than the long-running names in this category.
Where it sits in the category
Among 31 reviewed history tours in the current catalog, this is #8 by review count. Per-person prices in this category run $18 to $200; at $20 this one sits on the cheap end of that range.

Choose the format, then the tour
Walking tours trade coverage for detail. Bikes, open-air vehicles and trolleys cover more ground, but they move past each stop faster. Pick the pace before comparing ratings.
Before you book
- Confirm the meeting point; Savannah riverboats, Tybee boats and downtown walks do not leave from the same area.
- Read the age, mobility and weather notes on the listing for your date.
- Checkout has the final price, inclusions and cancellation deadline.
